Where It All Began

Scallion & Thyme was born from a deep passion for authentic Caribbean cuisine and a desire to share the vibrant flavors of Jamaica with our community. What started as a small family dream has grown into a beloved mobile food experience.

We began our journey with traditional recipes passed down through generations, honoring the rich culinary heritage of the Caribbean islands. Every dish we serve tells a story of cultural fusion, resourcefulness, and love for island cooking.
